Refund Policy

Wilder Mountain Medicine, LLC

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, programs, and events offered by Wilder Mountain Medicine, LLC.

1. Course Registration

Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received unless otherwise stated. Space in courses may be limited.

2. Participant Cancellations

If you need to cancel your registration:

  • More than 30 days before the course start date:
    You may receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

  • 15–30 days before the course start date:
    You may receive a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future course (at our discretion).

  • Less than 15 days before the course start date:
    No refunds will be issued. You may request to transfer your registration to a future course if space allows.

3. No-Shows or Early Departures

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Failure to attend a course

  • Late arrival

  • Early departure

  • Failure to complete course requirements

4. Course Transfers

Transfers to another course date may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and administrative fees.

5. Company Cancellations or Changes

Wilder Mountain Medicine reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or reschedule a course due to weather, safety concerns, instructor availability, or insufficient enrollment.

If we cancel a course:

  • You will receive a full refund or

  • The option to transfer to a future course

We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred.

6. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Courses take place in outdoor environments and may proceed in a variety of weather conditions. Weather-related discomfort or challenging conditions are not grounds for refunds unless the course is cancelled by us for safety reasons.

7. Additional Agreements

Participants may be required to sign:

  • Liability waivers

  • Assumption-of-risk agreements

  • Medical or fitness disclosures

These documents are separate from this policy and are required for participation.
